Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions contain important information that constitutes a legally binding relationship between Marvel Adventure and you for the services provided by our company. Marvel Adventure kindly solicits you to read the terms and conditions before booking your trips.

Booking & Payment:

20% of the total trip cost is to be paid along with the photocopy of the passport in the meantime of booking the package. It assures the trip and aids us in booking hotels and flight tickets. The remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival at our office in Kathmandu before you set out for your trek. The above-mentioned 20% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

Final payment can be made through cash, bank draft or bank account wire. Moreover, you can pay with a credit card, but a 4% bank processing fee is charged on it.

Cancellation Policies:

Note: If you have just booked the tour with a 20% deposit, this 20% fee is nonrefundable.

If you have paid the full amount, your 80% amount will be refunded with the following terms:

  • Cancellation of the trip prior to one month  –  10% charge
  • Cancellation of the trip prior two weeks  –  30% charge
  • Cancellation of the trip prior to one week    –  50% charge
  • Cancellation of the trip before less than one week –  100% charge (No Refund)

Trip cancels by the company:

If Marvel Adventure cancels your trip, your full deposit and payments will be refunded. However, if the cancellation is due to unpredictable circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, civil war, and similar others, the reasonable expenses already incurred for the process of the trip will be deducted from your deposited amount.

Passport and Visas:

All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or on your arrival at Kathmandu Airport.

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients undertaking any trip. It should provide adequate security for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, and loss of luggage.

Risk & Liabilities:

Marvel Adventure is committed to providing the best possible services to make your trip pleasant and successful. We hereby promise to perform our duties and responsibilities honestly.

However, we and our related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restriction, political instability, flight delays and cancellations, natural disasters, sickness & accidents and similar others that are beyond our control. Moreover, we would like to notify you that the risk of damages, injuries or death resulting from these unavoidable factors lies within you.

Complaints:

If you have a complaint about the trip or tour, you must make it known to a tour leader or guide at the earliest opportunity who will take the relevant action or to the company representative at our office.
