Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Marvel Adventure Pvt. Ltd. and its clients. By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

We kindly request you to read the terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information regarding reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, liabilities, and other essential policies related to your trip.

Booking and Payment

  • We require 20% of the total trip cost, along with a copy of your passport for booking confirmation.  
  • 20% trip deposit helps us to secure your permits, flights, transportation, accommodation, and other necessary travel arrangements in advance.
  • The remaining trip balance can be paid upon your arrival at our office in Kathmandu before the start of your trip.
  • Please note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances, you can use the deposit for any future trip with Marvel Adventure within two years of the original booking date.
  • The final payment can be made in cash, bank transfer (wire transfer), or by credit card. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 4% bank processing fee.

Cancellation Policies

Note: If you have just booked the tour with a 20% deposit, this 20% fee is non-refundable.

If you have paid the full amount, your 80% amount will be refunded with the following terms:

  1. Cancellation of the trip before one month  –  10% charge
  2. Cancellation of the trip before two weeks  –  30% charge
  3. Cancellation of the trip before one week    –  50% charge
  4. Cancellation of the trip less than one week before –  100% charge (No Refund)

Trip Cancellation by Marvel Adventure

In the unlikely event that Marvel Adventure Pvt. Ltd. cancels your trip, we will refund your full deposit and payments.

However, if the cancellation is due to unpredictable circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, civil war, and similar others, the reasonable expenses already incurred for the trip process will be deducted from your deposited amount.

Passport and Visas

All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or on your arrival at Kathmandu Airport.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients undertaking any trip. It should provide adequate security for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, and loss of luggage.

Risk and Liabilities

Marvel Adventure is committed to providing the best possible services to make your trip pleasant and successful. We hereby promise to perform our duties and responsibilities honestly.

However, we shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restrictions, political instability, flight delays and cancellations, natural disasters, sickness & accidents and similar others that are beyond our control.

Moreover, we would like to notify you that the risk of damages, injuries or death resulting from these unavoidable factors lies with you.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the trip or tour, you must make it known to a tour leader or guide at the earliest opportunity, who will take the relevant action, or to the company representative at our office.
